What is Angel Boy Art?

Angel Boy Art is a non-profit organization founded in 2006 because of a special young artist named Louis Angelo Vitale, Jr. When Louie was ten months old he began painting as part of his physical therapy. It soon became clear that the painting was not only good physical therapy, but also a means of communication and building confidence. Angel Boy Art has defined three main goals: To help children with special differences flourish, communicate and express themselves through art; to raise money for economically disadvantaged children with special differences and their families by selling their art and to break down stigmas surrounding children wtih special differences by engaging the community with a myriad of hands-on approaches.

Angel Boy Art’s programs revolve around providing critical support to children with special differences and families with emphasis on reaching economically disadvantaged families. Angel Boy Art is committed to bringing therapeutic art sessions to individual families in their homes as well as groups of children in hospitals and respite facilities. Projects also focus on involving the community in a way that allows for education about children with special differences while promoting the establishment of open communication regarding the issues children with special differences face.

Are donations tax deductible?

Yes. We are a 501c3 organization and your donations and purchases from our galleries are tax-deductible. To learn more about donating visit the Giving Options page. If you have made a donation and do not have your receipt, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

I won an auction or used Buy It Now. What happens Next?

Within one business day after an auction closes or ends with Buy it Now, the winner will receive an email with payment instructions and payment total with shipping and any combined shipping discounts. If you need expedited service, please call Sara at 802-869-1768. Payments can be made by mailing check or money order, or can be completed online via electronic check or credit card (via Paypal, but with or without signing up for a Paypal account). Packages are shipped Monday - Friday and will be sent via USPS Parcel Post (when payment clears) unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Items purchased from the online galleries ship in seven to ten days via USPS parcel post unless otherwise specified in the auction details. Please allow up to two weeks after payment date to receive your art.

Are Shipping Discounts Available?

Yes, generous combined shipping discounts are automatically applied before your payment instructions are emailed to you. If you would like a quote on shipping prior to bidding or buying, please feel free to email Sara at SVitale@angelboyart.org.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to APO addresses with no additional charges. If you are in Canada or overseas and wish to receive a shipping estimate please email us with the name of the piece you wish to bid on and you address. Please note taxes and custom fees will be due upon receipt and are your responsibility.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes! Most of our artists do accept commissions for custom pieces. If you are interested in having one of our artists create a custom piece for you, please contact us at Support@AngelBoyArt.org. Please include a brief description of what you want, want size and format, which artist, and what your price range is.
