"Erin was born with Spina Bifida and she got a Tracheostomy for the second time February of 2007. Erin loved crafts, painting and school. She loved to be outside in the summer.
Erin passed away on February 20th of 2010 from renal failure due to a septic infection she had been fighting. She was the strongest bravest girl. She fought to the end and leaves us empty in our hearts."
